In Q1 2009 a wait-and-see attitude continued to characterize the investor activity on the Russian real estate market. There is a clear shift to smaller deals, to standing income producing assets and to assets in Moscow. After years of taking the back seat, Russian investors have become the dominant force. Another distinct trend is the appearance of distressed companies and assets.
